Frequently asked questions
How much does membership cost?
£19.99 a month. Featured Profile placement is an optional extra £9.99 a month.
When does my listing go live?
After we have reviewed your application and evidence and confirmed accreditation. Paying alone does not publish your listing.
What evidence do I need?
Photo ID, five-year job history, two references, DBS evidence and liability insurance, plus your application details.
How long does review take?
It depends on how quickly references come back. We contact you if anything is missing.
Do you take a commission on my work?
No. You contract and invoice your clients directly.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You keep access and your listing for the month you have paid for, and it ends at the next renewal date.
