The Featured badge is only applied once payment has gone through, and is removed when the paid month ends. Featured placement improves how often providers see you — it is not a guarantee of enquiries or work.

- When does my listing go live?
- Once your membership is active and your documents have been reviewed and accredited, your listing appears on the public register.
- How do I get the Featured badge?
- Start the Featured Profile subscription in your member area. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the gold badge appears on your listing and profile, and your card is shown ahead of standard listings.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Both subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing area in your member dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
- Are the audits and documents included?
- Yes — every accredited member gets the full audit library, document bank and reference directory at no extra cost.
