How it works
Finding the right consultant should take minutes, not weeks of phone calls. Here is what happens from your first search to work starting.
1. Search the register
Filter by location, specialism and verified credentials such as DBS checked, liability insurance and inspection experience. Every listed consultant has completed our accreditation checks.
2. Compare profiles
Each profile sets out experience, sectors covered, services, rates or price on application, and typical weekly availability.
3. Send a booking request
Choose a service, suggest a date and preferred time of day, and add any detail about your service. The consultant receives the request by email and you get a copy.
4. Agree scope and start
You agree scope, dates and fees directly with the consultant. ACC does not take a cut of consultancy fees and is not a party to your contract.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a charge for providers?
No. Searching the register and sending booking requests is free for care providers.
Who do I pay?
The consultant invoices you directly under whatever terms you agree with them.
